Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [YOUR FULL NAME OR COMPANY], [COUNTRY], which operates Postgalo ("Postgalo", "we", "us"). By using Postgalo, you agree to these terms. If you use Postgalo for a business, you confirm that you can agree to them on its behalf.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. What Postgalo does

Postgalo suggests post ideas for your business and creates carousels and reels from the photos, videos and scripts you provide. When you approve a post, Postgalo publishes it to your Instagram account. We are improving Postgalo all the time, so features may change.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use Postgalo for your business.
• Give us accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by people you let use it.
• To publish posts, you need to connect an Instagram account through Meta. Your use of Instagram is also subject to Meta's terms.

3. Subscription and payment

• Postgalo costs $39 per month, plus any taxes that apply.
• You pay monthly, in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before. The new price applies from your next billing month after that.
• If a payment fails, we may pause your account until it is paid.

4. Free pilot

• We invite some businesses to a free pilot of Postgalo for one month.
• The pilot is free. We won't charge you unless you choose to subscribe when it ends.
• During the pilot, we may ask for your feedback and compare how your posts perform before and after, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@postgalo.pro.
• After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and we won't charge you again.
• Payments are not refundable, including for part of a month, unless the law requires otherwise.

6. Your content

• You own your content: your business information, photos, videos and scripts, and the posts made from them.
• You give us permission to store, process and adapt your content only to provide Postgalo to you, for example to create your posts and publish them to your Instagram.
• You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, including permission from people who appear in your photos and videos.

7. Check posts before you approve them

Postgalo uses automated tools, including AI, to create post ideas and posts. They can make mistakes. Check every post before you approve it.

You are responsible for the posts you approve. That includes making sure they are accurate and follow the laws and rules that apply to your business, such as rules on advertising medical, beauty or legal services.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Postgalo to:

• Publish anything illegal, misleading or harmful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Break Instagram's or Meta's terms or community guidelines.
• Access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer Postgalo.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Instagram and other services

Postgalo depends on Meta's API and other services we don't control. If Meta changes or limits its API, some features may stop working. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes on your Instagram account.

10. No guaranteed results

Postgalo is built to help you post better content more easily. We can't promise specific results, such as reach, engagement, followers or leads.

11. Availability

We provide Postgalo "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

12. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Postgalo and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we stop offering Postgalo, we'll tell you in advance and refund any time you've paid for but not used.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you by email before they take effect. If you keep using Postgalo after that, the new terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY].
