- We never sell your data.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
This policy explains what data Postgalo collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Postgalo (postgalo.pro) is operated by [YOUR FULL NAME OR COMPANY], [COUNTRY] ("Postgalo", "we", "us"). If you have any questions, email hello@postgalo.pro.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the postgalo.pro website and the Postgalo service, including when you connect your Instagram account to Postgalo.
2. Data we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address and business name.
- Details about your business that you share so we can suggest posts, such as your services, prices, reviews and the questions your customers ask.
- Messages you send us, for example by email.
Data from Instagram, through Meta's API
When you connect your Instagram account, Meta asks you which permissions to give Postgalo. With your permission, we receive:
- Account information, such as your Instagram account ID, username, name, profile picture and account type.
- Your posts, such as photos, videos, captions and publishing dates.
- Insights and metrics, such as reach, likes, comments, saves and profile visits for your account and your posts.
We only access the data covered by the permissions you give us.
Media you upload
- Photos, videos, short scripts and other text you upload to create posts.
Billing information
- If you pay for a subscription, our payment provider processes your payment. We receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details. We don't store your full card number.
Technical data
- When you visit our website or use Postgalo, our hosting provider records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the service running and secure.
- The postgalo.pro website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Suggest post ideas based on your business.
- Create posts, such as carousels and reels, from your photos, videos and scripts.
- Schedule and publish posts to your Instagram account, only after you approve them.
- Show you how your posts perform.
- Run your account: sign-in, billing, support and service emails.
- Keep Postgalo secure and fix problems.
We process your data to provide the service you signed up for, and with your consent when you connect Instagram. We don't use your data for advertising.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Postgalo, and only as much as they need:
- Meta (Instagram): to connect your account, receive the data described above, and publish the posts you approve. Meta's own privacy policy applies to your use of Instagram.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: to store your data and run the service.
- AI providers: to help create post ideas, text, carousels and reels. We send them only what is needed to create your post, such as your business details, photos, videos or script.
- Payment provider: to process subscription payments.
- Email provider: to send and receive emails with you.
We require these providers to use your data only to provide their services to us. Some of them may process data in other countries. When that happens, we take steps to keep your data protected.
We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. Storage and retention
- Your data is stored with our hosting provider. It is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access is limited to people who need it to run Postgalo.
- We keep your data while your account is active.
- If you disconnect Instagram, we delete your Instagram access token right away, and delete the data we received from Instagram within 30 days.
- If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days.
- We may keep billing records for as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.
6. Your rights
